I’m Diego Rodriguez, your technical translator and interpreter.
I have firsthand experience interpreting for engineers and mechanical technicians during power plant outages, specifically during gas turbine maintenance. I collaborated with U.S. supervisors at Mexican power plants, interpreting between English and Spanish for them. Facilitating the communication of complex technical information and instructions, ranging from lifting a turbine case to performing sniff tests. My role is to assist supervisors in communicating seamlessly with all personnel. Working alongside Mexican and U.S. technicians and engineers has enhanced my technical vocabulary in both English and Spanish.
You need clear Spanish.
When we talk about technical documents, we know we can’t take chances with generic translations. As a linguist and Spanish native speaker, I can produce clear Spanish translations from your content. My expertise ensures your manuals, safety protocols, and training materials will:
Use industry-specific terminology that Mexican/Latin American technicians and engineers are used to.
Maintain instructional clarity without losing technical precision.
Avoid dangerous misunderstandings that can arise from “neutral” or AI-generated Spanish.
Sounds natural to your end-users because they’re crafted by someone who understands both the language and the tools being described.

I studied translation and interpreting at the University of Baja California. Working directly with bilingual technicians and engineers, combined with my extensive research and curiosity about “how things function”, has naturally led me to specialize in technical translations.
I translate materials that convey precise, often complex information about products, processes, or systems.
